Description:
On 26th January 2023 St. Francis’ Convent School Sikandra, Agra celebrated republic day with pomp and zeal. The spirit of the day was quite different from our regular days.
The esteemed presence of Our Principal Rev Sr Princy, Rev Sr Gemma, Rev Sr Leoni added glory to the function. The program began with a short prayer followed by the unfurling of our flag by Rev. Sister Gemma. After the national anthem march past was done by the students of class VIIth . The students from classes VI to VIII contributed to for G-20 formation as well. They sang some patriot songs and performed dances too. Commencing the programme, our Principal Rev. Sister Princy gave an inspiring message about how Republic Day is important to the students and our country India on the same platform. There was a small presentation by the students like Leidge Lords of Constitution followed by a pledge. The program ended with placing gratitude to Almighty God and, Respected Rev. Sisters, teachers, participants and the supporting staff as well.
