Description:
An event that highlights success and progress to recall achievements and milestones. A day for proposing thanks and gratitude for one's contribution in making yearly journey memorable and successful, yes it's the Annual day celebration 2023-24. The evening of 07th, December, 2023 will always be catchy as it was the Annual day of St Francis' Convent School, Sikandra, Agra. The chief guest of the celebration was, the Most Rev Dr Raphy Manjaly, the archbishop of Agra Archdiocese. The most awaited evening began with the warm and affable welcome of the chief guest and other dignitaries which was the first priority followed by the welcome song , lighting of the lamp & prayer dance. The anchoring by the students kept the audience well fascinated and engrossed. After that the annual report by the students unequivocally highlighted the liaison and synergy of all those who credited their efforts in the past years for the betterment of the institution. Our principal Rev Sr Princy addressed the gathering to conclude the annual report. The showpiece of the annual day was the ballad - "SURDHANU EK JEEVAN DARSHAN" which was based on seven colors of rainbow. Our student's performance on 'Surdhanu' included 7 skits and dances to provoke the real message of rainbow's each color such as courage, power, virtue etc. The audience ardently witnessed it as the play kept them hypnotic. The message by honorable Chief guest focused on determination, devotion and fostering erudition. At last vote of thanks by the head girl and finale dance was enthralling. National anthem was the show's climax. The annual day of this year was very mesmeric due to the leadership of our principal Rev Sr Princy, the dedicated of the teachers and hard work all the students.
